Discover the Gardens and Cuisine

Every Sunday, I wanted to offer  a meal full of experience and emotions from the garden to the plate followed by a visit to my sensory world: The Kobelsberg gardens.

We start the experience with a 5-course lunch "from the Garden to the Plate" where nature expresses itself through each dish.

I then open the doors of my earthly paradise to you: The Kobelsberg Gardens to share with you my philosophy of cooking and my love of plants. Through this visit, we will be able to smell and contemplate together the jewels that our generous nature offers us and taste an iced infusion of Micromeria, a tea from my garden with exceptional flavours.

Finally, I offer you the possibility of taking this experience  home with you thanks to the basket made up of products from the garden.

Visits from May to 30th September

This gift set includes:

-    2 menus 'from the Garden to the Plate according to the rhythm of the seasons', including 5 dishes, excluding drinks
-    The visit of the Kobelsberg gardens with commentary by Jean-Luc Brendel
-    The decoction of plants from my herb garden
-    The basket of vegetables of the moment

Available every Sunday at lunch, the visit takes place after the meal
